newsletter archive about our newsletter Since 2002 The Discerning Eye has published a newsletter twice a year, in the spring and autumn, and this is distributed to all of our members and friends free of charge. To receive each new newsletter as it is published, together with many other benefits, you can become a member or friend of The Discerning Eye. Web versions of all of our old newsletters are archived here. Of course, much of the content is inevitably now out of date: for up to date coverage of the exhibition, the bursaries and other special events, please refer to the respective sections of the site. The newsletter has included interviews with artists associated with The Discerning Eye. In particular, there were interviews with Graham Crowley (and Graham discussing his work), Lynda Minter, and David Gluck. The Autumn 2008 edition included a tribute to the founder - Michael Reynolds - after his death in April that year. Another recent edition includes interesting insights into the early days of DE from Annabel Elton and about the forming of Parker Harris, our exhibition organisers.
