Based in Yorkshire, Susan graduated from Leeds with a BA Hons, in Three-Dimensional Design and then became an elected member of The Chartered Society of Designers in 1988 and The Society of Architectural Illustrators in 1992.Her figurative work often centres on what she has described as 'architectural studies of existing surroundings, often exploring the mathematics, rhythm and movement within structures and the relationship between man and his built environment'. Her winning painting is a lovely example of this.
